Conversion from a 1983 LCD Card game, game&watch style, to Pure Basic for ZXSpectrum 48kb

Runaway from the prisoners’ camp. Advance to the fence without being spotted by search light and not discovered by warders. When 3 prisoners are discovered or spotted 3 times, the game is over.

Contestant at Bytemaniacos Basic2023 by Radastan

Technique uses LPrint on attribute zone to rapidly change colors on the screen. The bitmap remains unaltered all the time. The code has only one Print instruction, used to update the score.

It has in-game music, playing one beep note every 16 frames.

Speed and difficulty increase every 10 seconds and as score gets higher and higher.

Keys:     O move left,          P move right,           M toggle music On/Off

Escapa de la cárcel. Avanza hasta la pared sin que te detecte el rayo de luz ni te descubran los guardias. Cuando te pillen 3 veces, se acabó el juego.

La técnica utilizada usa LPrint en la zona de atributos para cambir rápidamente los colores de la pantalla. El bitmap permanece inalterado todo el tiempo. En el código sólo hay una instruccion Print, para actualizar la puntuación.

Tiene música  in-game, tocando una nota Beep cada 16 ciclos.

Los movimientos de los malos se aceleran cada 10 segundos, y también cuanto mayor sea la puntuación.
